OUR MISSION
Our goal is to fight against Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) youth bullying and end bullying against AAPI elderly. Every day, countless Asian senior citizens suffer from mistreatment in Senior Care Centers or retirement homes, either from peers or staff. By connecting our youth with the elderly, we can create a more loving community. Without a support group, AAPI seniors suffer in silence due to cultural and language barriers. ASBP seeks to provide a voice and build a community of inclusivity to support these individuals and the youth.

WHAT WE DO
Community Engagement
We organize youth-led workshops, cultural events, and outreach programs to connect with Asian senior citizens in Senior Care Centers and retirement homes. Through these initiatives, we foster a sense of belonging and provide resources that help overcome language and cultural barriers. It also helps our youth connect with our community, a key part in keeping cultural heritage and fostering intergenerational bonds.
Advocacy
We work to amplify the voices of Asian seniors by partnering with local organizations, policymakers, and community leaders. Our advocacy efforts focus on improving care standards, promoting culturally competent healthcare, and addressing cases of mistreatment and neglect.
Blog Posts
Our blog serves as a platform to share stories, raise awareness about the challenges faced by Asian seniors, and provide educational content on their rights and available resources. We also publish articles highlighting success stories and community efforts that inspire action.
